RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
We only accept cancellations on orders that have not been shipped yet. Shipping takes place in 2-7 days after your order has been processed. If your items have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. Once you've placed a custom order you cannot cancel it. Refer to our FAQ and Shipping policy for more information on shipping.
Customers are only eligible to return an item 14 days after having received the item. To return an item the item must be in its original packaging with all the components and in the condition, you received it. We do not allow returns on custom orders. If you do not want to exchange the item for another, then We apply 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping fees (please see refunds below for a complete breakdown on shipping fees). Once, these fees are deducted you will receive a refund.
If you want a different design or the lamp you receive is faulty then you can exchange it for a different lamp. For exchange, Customer will be required to pay the shipping charges, unless the lamp is defective.
An item is only valid for a refund 14 days after you've received it. To process the refund, you should contact our CS team. We apply 10% restocking fee and deduct an amount for shipping costs on all refunds. We deduct $6 for shipping on 1 item, $14 on more than 2 items and $18 on more than 4 items and $24 for items more than 7 items.
These charges are not waive-able and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
